An Anniversary Card for my Mum and Dad

Happy Anniversary Mum And Dad! On January 12th, mum and dad celebrated their 24th wedding anniversary, so a card was in order.

I bought both the die cut flowers and the washi tape from The Works, in Lewisham Highstreet. I never understood why everyone was getting obsessed with it, but now I do! it so lovely to work with!

On another, related note, you will remember that earlier this month I was wondering if there was a particularly precise glue product that would give me the precision I needed when using intricate fiddly dies. I was discussing my glue issue with my lovely Auntie Jo (Who also makes cards) last time I spoke to her, and she recalled that very issue being addressed in the cardmaking magazine she is subscribed to. The columnist had suggested the ‘Sakura Quickie Glue Pen’. It looks like a biro, and you cant get more precise than that, so I have ordered some so I can give them a go! I will report back with my findings when I have had a chance to make them!
